Lightweight, waterproof, off-road motorcycle trousers from the Rev'it DIRT Series.
The Revit Component 3 H2O are made for off-road riders who seek lightweight and waterproof* motorcycle trousers that offer versatility in every aspect. Whether worn separately or as rain-ready overpants without the protectors, they’re ready to shield you on the trails to come.
Constructed with 3L stretch and heavy ripstop 3L fabric, these pants embody the layering concept for optimal comfort and functionality. The full-length zipper from hem to hip allows easy on-and-off even with boots on, while thigh ventilation and a generous fit make them perfect for overtrouser use. Certified Class A, these pants provide both flexibility and protection.
The Component 3 H2O pants boast a thoughtfully placed cargo pocket on the thigh, accommodating the aforementioned nearly full-length outer seam zipper. Thigh ventilation ensures air easily reaches the legs, and the seamless waistband adapts to various hip shapes for enhanced comfort. An aluminum hook replaces the traditional plastic buckle, offering greater durability and reduced bulk.
For safety, these DIRT Series pants come with integrated SEESMART armor, which can be upgraded to a Scram knee protector or paired with a knee brace for added protection. This customization ensures riders have the best possible defense against impacts, tailored to their specific needs.
Please note: At Revit they advise women to order a size smaller than they would regularly buy.

*A waterproof membrane does not mean unlimited waterproof. The waterproofness depends on the quality of the membrane. Are you looking for 100% waterproof? Then select a motorcycle jacket with GoreTex membrane.

Motorcycle gear comes in various levels of waterproofness, which is important for comfort and safety during wet rides. Most waterproof jackets, pants, gloves, and footwear have a membrane that prevents water from penetrating the outer layer. These products keep you dry, but there's a limit to how much they can penetrate. A waterproof membrane doesn't mean 100% waterproof. With prolonged exposure to rain or under high pressure, the outer layer can still let moisture through. This means you could get wet after longer rides in heavy rain, especially in areas where the fabric moves intensively or where seams are less well-protected.
Looking for 100% waterproof? Then choose a product with a Gore-Tex membrane. Gore-Tex is a specially designed membrane that is both waterproof and breathable. The membrane contains microscopic pores that are too small for water droplets to penetrate, but large enough to allow water vapor (sweat) to escape. This keeps rain and spray out, while your body heat and moisture are wicking away. You will ride dry and comfortable, even in prolonged or heavy rain.
In short: regular waterproof motorcycle clothing keeps out short(er) rainshowers, while Gore-Tex effectively protects against prolonged rain and at the same time provides breathable comfort.
