You can change (such as ordered items or delivery address) or cancel an order as long as your order has not yet been shipped. The fastest way to change or cancel is to call our customer service. They know the status of your order.
Did you forget to order something? And the purchase amount of this item is not above the minimum order amount of free shipping? Then you can add an item to a current order as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
To be sure, please contact our customer service in advance to request the status of your order and whether it is therefore still possible to add an item.
If it is possible to add an item to your current order, you can do this as follows.
- Go to our website and order the item
- When checking out, choose 'Pick up at our shop in Amsterdam'
- Write in the comments: 'Please add to ORDxxxxx'. And ORDxxxxx is the order number of your previous order
This way you do not have to pay shipping costs again and we add the item to the order with ORDxxxxx. If it doesn't work, you can always call or email our customer service.
Placing an order is simple:
- Go to the product of your choice
- Select your size and/or color and click on the large 'shopping cart' button
- Click on 'continue shopping' to browse the collection or click on 'proceed to checkout' to order
- Enter your details: billing address, shipping address, shipping method and payment method
- Once you have filled in all this, click on the 'buy' button and your order is final
- Making changes is still possible before you have clicked the 'buy' button
- You will receive an confirmation if the order has been placed and the invoice if the payment has been successful
You need an account in our webshop to view your previous orders. Log in to your account and here you will find an overview of all your previous webshop orders.
Have you previously ordered as a guest and do you still want to create an account?
Then send us an email. We will then email you a reset link with which you can create a password and then log in to your account in our webshop. Here you will find all information regarding your account and order(s) such as address details, status, etc.
Have you purchased items from our shop?
You will not find shop purchases in your online account. Webshop orders will be added to your shop account. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to view shop purchases on your webshop account.
It is possible that your order has been cancelled due to a regulatory issue or because the items ordered are not available.
In the event that the ordered items are not available, a proof of refund will be sent to you after cancelling your order. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service for more information about the status of your order.
The stock is indicated on our website for each product. By clicking on the desired size and/or color you will see the availability. Different notifications are possible.
Unfortunately stock mismatches do occur. We try to avoid them but if you want to be 100% sure about the availability of an item, then please contact our customer service.

Consult the size chart in the description of the item to choose the correct size. In addition, if in doubt, you can contact our customer service and we will be happy to assist you. Unfortunately, finding the right size can be difficult.
Size charts provided by manufacturers do not always guarantee a perfect fit. If you are in doubt, fitting in our shop is always prefered!
REV'IT samples are articles that:
- have been a showmodel for photography, fairs, representatives etc.
Samples are indistinguishable from the regular collection. Most samples come in sizes large for men and medium for women. Is your size not listed? Unfortunately we can't order it for you.

- Only a few items of all articles are in stock
- Biker Outfit Amsterdam is the only shop in the world that carries this collection
- You can always exchange or return REV'IT samples within 30 days, unworn and/or unused and provided with the original labels
Please note: articles from the REV'IT sample collection are NOT part of the regular REV'IT factory warranty.
REV'IT samples are delivered irregularly, stock updates can be found on our website.
To date, manufacturers have not yet indicated whether a product is vegan. In addition, producers are never complete in the information about the use of materials. So unfortunately we can never say with certainty that no animal products have been used in a certain article.
If this changes in the future, we will communicate this on the website by creating a filter or category.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not imply a reservation. To ensure that you receive the item, you must order an item. It is therefore not possible to reserve items on our website. Even if you have ordered an item for which the payment has not been successful, it will not be reserved.
In the shop it is possible to reserve an item for you in consultation. For this, it is best to contact our customer service or visit our Amsterdam shop.
Some items are discounted in our shop and webshop outlet, while stock lasts. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer other sizes and/or colors other than the ones mentioned as available.
