Shark Spartan GT (Carbon)/Spartan RS (Carbon) Visor Light Iridium

Visor suitable for the Shark Spartan GT, Spartan Carbon GT and Spartan RS motorcycle helmets. Pinlock prepared. 

The visor of your helmet protects you from much that comes at you while riding, such as wind, rain, insects or dust. Careful maintenance will prolong its life. If your visor is dirty, clean it carefully, as explained in the manual of your helmet or visor.

Mirror coatings are by their nature very sensitive to scratches and damage. Here are some tips on how to keep your mirror visor looking good for longer:

• Clean the visor only with cold water, do not use detergents or hot water etc. Do not use detergents or warm water etc. Warm water and detergents can damage the coating. Also, cleaning products for glasses/glasses can cause damage.
• Always clean the visor with a soft (cotton/microfibre) cloth. Paper towels etc. can scratch the visor as they contain wood fibres. This can damage the coating or make it come off.
• Do not soak the visor to remove mosquitoes (put a wet cloth on the visor), this also softens the mirror coating and can cause it to come off.
• Keep the visor out of the sun when you are not riding. Heat can also cause the coating to come off the visor.
• If there are a lot of mosquitoes on the visor, it is best to brush them off with water and hand soap using your fingers. Then gently wipe the visor with a cloth. Polishing with a cloth can always cause scratches.
