Warm, waterproof women’s motorcycle gloves with reinforced leather palm and RISC™ knuckle protectors; made to keep your hands warm and in control on cold rides.
Macna Othana RTX Ladies is a women’s winter motorcycle glove built for cold conditions. Outer panels are synthetic nubuck with an extra leather layer on the palm for abrasion resistance. A Raintex waterproof membrane stops water while letting moisture escape so your hands stay drier during long rides.
Knuckle protectors use RISC™ 3D temperfoam that absorbs shocks while remaining comfortable. Palm protection is a flexible TPR pad for impact absorption and wear resistance. The palm also has a double layer for extra reinforcement and a durable contact surface.
Comfort and fit are prioritised with the Ergothumb™ construction; the thumb and index finger are cut from a single panel to remove seams and reduce pressure points. Inside the glove there is a Bemberg lining and insulation for cold weather. The 30° Buckle™ and 30° Brace™ at the wrist let you fasten the cuff in an ergonomically optimised angle so the wrist can move freely after closing.

Motorcycle gear comes in various levels of waterproofness, which is important for comfort and safety during wet rides. Most waterproof jackets, pants, gloves, and footwear have a membrane that prevents water from penetrating the outer layer. These products keep you dry, but there's a limit to how much they can penetrate. A waterproof membrane doesn't mean 100% waterproof. With prolonged exposure to rain or under high pressure, the outer layer can still let moisture through. This means you could get wet after longer rides in heavy rain, especially in areas where the fabric moves intensively or where seams are less well-protected.
Looking for 100% waterproof? Then choose a product with a Gore-Tex membrane. Gore-Tex is a specially designed membrane that is both waterproof and breathable. The membrane contains microscopic pores that are too small for water droplets to penetrate, but large enough to allow water vapor (sweat) to escape. This keeps rain and spray out, while your body heat and moisture are wicking away. You will ride dry and comfortable, even in prolonged or heavy rain.
In short: regular waterproof motorcycle clothing keeps out short(er) rainshowers, while Gore-Tex effectively protects against prolonged rain and at the same time provides breathable comfort.
