The Macna Evolve RTX heated motorcycle gloves are built for riders who face winter conditions daily, whether commuting on a motorcycle or riding a powerful scooter. With a short cuff, waterproof construction and efficient electric heating, they deliver strong cold-weather performance at a very sharp price point.
Four selectable heating levels allow you to fine-tune warmth to match changing temperatures. To keep the gloves affordable, Macna opted for a cable-powered system only, removing the usual battery-in-the-cuff option. This means you can power the gloves directly from your motorcycle battery. When used with Macna jackets featuring the Electric Power Guide™, the Evolve RTX connects seamlessly, with cables routed cleanly through the sleeves.
Inside, the soft Bemberg™ lining provides all-day comfort, while the Raintex waterproof* membrane keeps your hands dry in cold and wet conditions. The Ergothumb™ construction reduces seams and pressure points, improving dexterity and giving the glove a smooth, wrinkle-free fit. Safety is covered by RISC™ 3D knuckle protection, reinforced EVA palm protection and CE certification (EN13594). With touchscreen-friendly Touch Tip on the index finger, you can operate your devices without taking the gloves off.

Motorcycle gear comes in various levels of waterproofness, which is important for comfort and safety during wet rides. Most waterproof jackets, pants, gloves, and footwear have a membrane that prevents water from penetrating the outer layer. These products keep you dry, but there's a limit to how much they can penetrate. A waterproof membrane doesn't mean 100% waterproof. With prolonged exposure to rain or under high pressure, the outer layer can still let moisture through. This means you could get wet after longer rides in heavy rain, especially in areas where the fabric moves intensively or where seams are less well-protected.
Looking for 100% waterproof? Then choose a product with a Gore-Tex membrane. Gore-Tex is a specially designed membrane that is both waterproof and breathable. The membrane contains microscopic pores that are too small for water droplets to penetrate, but large enough to allow water vapor (sweat) to escape. This keeps rain and spray out, while your body heat and moisture are wicking away. You will ride dry and comfortable, even in prolonged or heavy rain.
In short: regular waterproof motorcycle clothing keeps out short(er) rainshowers, while Gore-Tex effectively protects against prolonged rain and at the same time provides breathable comfort.
