The LS2 Jet III motorcycle gloves combine weather protection, warmth and practical protection for autumn and winter riding. Their softshell, synthetic leather and neoprene construction gives you a flexible feel while providing the durability needed for everyday motorcycle use.
The LS2 Jet 3 gloves are equipped with a fixed Sheltex® membrane* that helps keeping the rain out, while the thermal lining adds warmth for autumn and winter riding. The membrane combines a 15,000 mm water column with 12,000 g/m²/24h breathability, helping keep your hands comfortable during colder, wetter rides.
Protection comes from hard TPR knuckle protectors with memory foam, complemented by a TPR palm slider and memory EVA foam padding on the fingers. A double synthetic leather palm reinforcement adds extra durability in a high-wear area, while the CE Level 1 KP certification confirms the gloves meet EN 13594:2015 requirements.
Comfort is further supported by stretch neoprene around the wrist, stretch fabric on the fingers and an adjustable hook-and-loop cuff for a secure fit. The silicone anti-slip print on the palm and fingers improves grip, while touchscreen-compatible fingertips let you operate your phone or navigation without removing your gloves.

Motorcycle gear comes in various levels of waterproofness, which is important for comfort and safety during wet rides. Most waterproof jackets, pants, gloves, and footwear have a membrane that prevents water from penetrating the outer layer. These products keep you dry, but there's a limit to how much they can penetrate. A waterproof membrane doesn't mean 100% waterproof. With prolonged exposure to rain or under high pressure, the outer layer can still let moisture through. This means you could get wet after longer rides in heavy rain, especially in areas where the fabric moves intensively or where seams are less well-protected.
Looking for 100% waterproof? Then choose a product with a Gore-Tex membrane. Gore-Tex is a specially designed membrane that is both waterproof and breathable. The membrane contains microscopic pores that are too small for water droplets to penetrate, but large enough to allow water vapor (sweat) to escape. This keeps rain and spray out, while your body heat and moisture are wicking away. You will ride dry and comfortable, even in prolonged or heavy rain.
In short: regular waterproof motorcycle clothing keeps out short(er) rainshowers, while Gore-Tex effectively protects against prolonged rain and at the same time provides breathable comfort.
