Developed together with luggage experts, Kriega, the Load 22L H2O backpack was designed to take on any journey on the road. The waterproof ripstop roll-top main body offers 18 liters of space for essentials that should stay dry. The 4-liter zip-access front compartment can be used to expand the carrying capacity even further. The webbing straps on the sides can be used to make the backpack more compact when it is not fully loaded. Behind the rear compartment, a 3.75L Hydration Reservoir (sold separately) can be installed to keep hydrated on the bike. The Load 22L H2O features the innovative Kriega Quadloc-Lite™ harness, which transfers weight from the shoulders to the chest and upper body, providing all-day riding support, even with the backpack fully loaded. The removable waist strap offers even more stability when riding. To prevent unwanted friction and heat generation on the back, the backpack comes with an Air-mesh back panel for additional rider comfort.

Waterproof construction
Bags labeled as waterproof are generally made from materials that don't allow water to pass through, such as heavily coated textiles or tarpaulin-like fabrics. In addition, seams are often welded or sealed to minimize water penetration. This construction ensures that rain and splashing water stays out effectively, even during heavy downpours.
Waterproof inner compartment
For bags with a waterproof compartment, the exterior is usually made from water-repellent or partially water-resistant material. This outer layer may absorb water during prolonged or heavy rain. The main difference lies on the inside: the main compartment is often equipped with a waterproof liner or inner bag that protects your belongings against moisture.
Good to know: Although many types of motorcycle luggage provide excellent protection against rain, no product is completely and indefinitely waterproof.
