The Dainese Gullfoss D-Dry Trousers offer the perfect balance between comfort, versatility and protection. The breathable D-Dry waterproof* membrane keeps you dry and comfortable during every ride.
You can easily adapt to any temperature thanks to the removable thermal liner. Ventilation openings on the thighs allow airflow and help regulate body heat. Certified to EN 17092 AA, the Gullfoss features Pro-Armor Level 2 protectors on the knees and Pro-Shape 2.0 protectors at the hips for reliable safety.
The fit can be adjusted at the waist for extra comfort, and the short zipper connection lets you combine the trousers with a matching jacket. Two external pockets offer practical storage for daily rides.

Motorcycle gear comes in various levels of waterproofness, which is important for comfort and safety during wet rides. Most waterproof jackets, pants, gloves, and footwear have a membrane that prevents water from penetrating the outer layer. These products keep you dry, but there's a limit to how much they can penetrate. A waterproof membrane doesn't mean 100% waterproof. With prolonged exposure to rain or under high pressure, the outer layer can still let moisture through. This means you could get wet after longer rides in heavy rain, especially in areas where the fabric moves intensively or where seams are less well-protected.
Looking for 100% waterproof? Then choose a product with a Gore-Tex membrane. Gore-Tex is a specially designed membrane that is both waterproof and breathable. The membrane contains microscopic pores that are too small for water droplets to penetrate, but large enough to allow water vapor (sweat) to escape. This keeps rain and spray out, while your body heat and moisture are wicking away. You will ride dry and comfortable, even in prolonged or heavy rain.
In short: regular waterproof motorcycle clothing keeps out short(er) rainshowers, while Gore-Tex effectively protects against prolonged rain and at the same time provides breathable comfort.
