The Alpinestars Juggernaut V2 Drystar motorcycle trousers combine dependable all-weather protection with the comfort and freedom of movement you need for everyday riding. Combining a modern utility-inspired design with motorcycle-specific features, these waterproof* motorcycle pants are equally suited to daily commuting and weekend rides.
A laminated Drystar® waterproof membrane* keeps rain out while maintaining breathability, preventing the outer fabric from becoming waterlogged during wet weather. When temperatures rise, direct thigh ventilation zips provide refreshing airflow, helping you stay comfortable throughout your journey.
Comfort is further enhanced by the ergonomic motorcycle fit, featuring pre-shaped knees, an ergonomic seat construction and a raised rear waistband that offers additional coverage in the riding position. The adjustable waistband, magnetic buckle and calf adjusters allow you to fine-tune the fit, while the elasticated zippered cuffs fit neatly over a wide range of motorcycle boots.
Protection comes from adjustable Nucleon Flex Plus Level 1 knee protectors, positioned in three height settings to achieve the best possible fit and coverage. The trousers are also prepared for optional Bioflex Level 1 hip protectors and are certified to CE Class A, making them a dependable choice for everyday.

Motorcycle gear comes in various levels of waterproofness, which is important for comfort and safety during wet rides. Most waterproof jackets, pants, gloves, and footwear have a membrane that prevents water from penetrating the outer layer. These products keep you dry, but there's a limit to how much they can penetrate. A waterproof membrane doesn't mean 100% waterproof. With prolonged exposure to rain or under high pressure, the outer layer can still let moisture through. This means you could get wet after longer rides in heavy rain, especially in areas where the fabric moves intensively or where seams are less well-protected.
Looking for 100% waterproof? Then choose a product with a Gore-Tex membrane. Gore-Tex is a specially designed membrane that is both waterproof and breathable. The membrane contains microscopic pores that are too small for water droplets to penetrate, but large enough to allow water vapor (sweat) to escape. This keeps rain and spray out, while your body heat and moisture are wicking away. You will ride dry and comfortable, even in prolonged or heavy rain.
In short: regular waterproof motorcycle clothing keeps out short(er) rainshowers, while Gore-Tex effectively protects against prolonged rain and at the same time provides breathable comfort.
