The upper integrates breathable textile panels that promote airflow on hot days, while suede reinforcements in the gear-shift zone enhance durability where abrasion typically occurs. Reflective inserts improve visibility in low-light conditions, increasing passive safety during evening rides.

Protection is engineered around key impact zones. Reinforcements at the toe and heel provide structural strength, while D3O® ankle inserts remain flexible during normal movement and stiffen instantly upon impact. Internally, the Zplate® insert delivers transverse rigidity for crush resistance, yet maintains longitudinal flexibility so the shoe moves naturally with your foot when walking. The result is genuine motorcycle protection without the stiffness of traditional riding boots.

Underfoot, the Groundtrax® rubber outsole uses a wear-resistant compound and hexagonal tread pattern to maximise grip and stability on both footpegs and urban surfaces.
