The Shoei NXR3 Solid is a full-face motorcycle helmet that brings Shoei’s racing and road experience together in a compact, quiet and focused shape. Built for sport, touring and city riding, its aerodynamically balanced shell, developed in the wind tunnel, stays stable and remarkably quiet at speed, helped by the integrated spoiler.
Protection comes first. The AIM+ shell absorbs shock, while the multi-density EPS liner uses elements with different shock-absorbing levels for optimised protection. The helmet is ECE 22.06 approved. The Double D-ring is easy to use and always perfectly adjusted, and the E.Q.R.S. (Emergency Quick Release System) makes the helmet easy to remove after an accident.
For a precise fit, the NXR3 comes in five outer shell sizes, from XXS to 3XL. The 3D centre pad and cheek pads in four thicknesses (31, 35, 39 and 43 mm) let you fine-tune the fit, and all pads are removable and washable. Ear pads and intercom preparation add comfort on longer rides.
Ventilation is just as well considered. Six inlets on the brow and chin supply fresh air, four rear outlets extract warm air, and the redesigned vent shutter is easy to operate, even with thick gloves. The mist-retardant CWR-F2 Pinlock® visor has an enlarged locking mechanism for easy handling, and its slightly open position helps prevent fogging while boosting airflow.

The Shoei Personal Fitting System (SPF) is the perfect solution for motorcyclists who are looking for the ideal fit for their premium motorcycle helmet. Sometimes it is difficult to find a motorcycle helmet that fits well. Size L is just a bit too spacious and size M is too tight.
The Shoei Personal Fit process starts with measuring your head circumference. Several measurements are taken to provide the most accurate and personalized advice possible. Once the desired helmet and correct size have been selected, an SPF expert will make small adjustments to achieve the ultimate result.
With a previously purchased Shoei helmet, it is possible to optimate the fitting. Unfortunately, if a helmet is too small, it is no longer possible to make adjustments.
