The LC IRID Instant Photochromic visors from Shark Helmets represents a new generation of adaptive visor technology. Unlike traditional tinted or manually operated sun visors, this lens automatically adjusts its tint depending on UV intensity, delivering real-time light adaptation without switches or compromises.

The “Instant” LC technology reacts significantly faster than conventional photochromic systems. In bright sunlight, the visor darkens to reduce glare and eye fatigue. When light levels drop, entering tunnels, shaded roads, or during overcast conditions, it progressively clears again.
