Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we do ship abroad! You can find an overview of the countries we ship to and the relevant delivery times in the check out. For information about shipping costs to one of these countries, choose the desired country of delivery in your shopping cart. The optional shipping costs and delivery times are immediately shown.

All stated prices include VAT according to the Dutch rate (21%) or the VAT rate as applied in the country to which you have your order sent. From July 1, 2021, the way VAT is levied on online sales has changed. From this date, we will charge you the VAT rate of the EU country where you are located.

In countries outside the EU you do not have to pay (21%) VAT on the items and therefore not on the shipping costs. You may have to incur additional costs for, for example, import duties or taxes. It is best to check with your own customs authorities what these are and their associated rates.

When will my order be shipped?

When your order will be shipped is stated in the order confirmation. This email has the subject Shipment date ORDxxxxxx at Biker Outfit. We ship all our orders via PostNL.

Shipping takes place on the same or next working day. So if you have ordered on a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday and the product is in stock, your order will be shipped on Monday or next working day.

Your order will be shipped at the moment that all products are in stock.

If your order includes several items and not all of them are immediately available, you can choose an option to send available items upfront and have the others being send afterwards. Please contact our customer service.

Please note: multiple shipments will only be free of charge if the individual shipments exceeds the minimum order amount for free shipping.

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code from us by email.

When will my order be delivered?

We ship all orders in the Netherlands and Belgium via PostNL and shipping takes place on working days. This means Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays. PostNL aims to deliver packages within the Netherlands and Belgium the next working day, but delivery is also possible in 2 working days. When an order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. So you can always track your order.

Orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium can sometimes also be shipped with DHL Express or DHL Parcel in addition to PostNL. You can view the different options and prices when checking out.

The table below provides an overview of the (indicative) delivery days per carrier. The costs depend on the country and weight. You can consult this in the check out.

Can I also pick up my order in the shop?

Yes, you can. Select the option 'Pick up at our shop in Amsterdam' and your order (if in stock) will be ready the next working day. You will receive a pick-up notification when your order is ready.

Can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send an email with a track & trace number, with which you can track the status of your order after 00:00 via the PostNL or DHL website.

What happens if I order products with a different delivery time?

Your order will be shipped at the moment that all products are in stock. If your order includes several items and not all of them are immediately available, you can choose an option to send available items upfront and have the others being send afterwards. Please contact our customer service.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

If you are not present at the time the order arrives, the order will be delivered to the neighbors or will be offered to you again the next day.

If you are not present at the second delivery attempt, the order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point. Shippers will nowadays only inform you digitally and therefore no longer leave a paper note if you are not at home. Consult the track & trace, so you always know where your package is. 

TIP: have the order delivered to the address where you are present during the day by entering a different delivery address, for example at work. 

Can I ship my order to another address?

That is possible! In the ordering process you have the option 'Ship my order to a different address'. Enter the details of the desired delivery address and you will receive the order there. When paying with Klarna (afterpay), the billing address and the shipping address must be the same.

If you are in the Netherlands and wish to pick up your order at a PostNL PakjeGemak location, you can choose this option in the shopping cart.

How long will my shipment be kept at the pickup point?

Once the shipment has been delivered to the pickup point, you have a period of 7 days to collect the shipment. After this period, the order will be returned to us.

Who can collect my shipment from the pickup point?

After submitting your proof of identity, the pickup point will give you the shipment.

It is also possible that another person collects your order at the pickup point. He or she must bring his or her own proof of identity as well as that of yours (originals required).

Can I choose a specific time or delivery date?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a specific time or different delivery date during the checkout on our website.

If you would like to have a different delivery date than stated as standard, please contact our customer service. We can change the delivery time as long as the order is still being processed.
