The Richa Taurus WP gloves are made for everyday motorcycle riding when the weather can change without warning. Combining a lightweight feel with practical weather protection, they give you the comfort and flexibility you need for commuting, touring and daily rides through the cooler months.
A waterproof membrane* helps keep your hands dry when rain sets in, while the light polyester lining adds a little extra warmth without making the gloves feel bulky. The result is a comfortable mid-season glove that offers more coverage than a summer motorcycle glove without the bulk of a winter glove.
For added protection, the gloves feature D3O® knuckle protection, helping absorb impact while maintaining a comfortable, flexible fit. The CE-certified construction meets EN 13594:2015 KP1 for motorcycle protective gloves.

Motorcycle gear comes in various levels of waterproofness, which is important for comfort and safety during wet rides. Most waterproof jackets, pants, gloves, and footwear have a membrane that prevents water from penetrating the outer layer. These products keep you dry, but there's a limit to how much they can penetrate. A waterproof membrane doesn't mean 100% waterproof. With prolonged exposure to rain or under high pressure, the outer layer can still let moisture through. This means you could get wet after longer rides in heavy rain, especially in areas where the fabric moves intensively or where seams are less well-protected.
Looking for 100% waterproof? Then choose a product with a Gore-Tex membrane. Gore-Tex is a specially designed membrane that is both waterproof and breathable. The membrane contains microscopic pores that are too small for water droplets to penetrate, but large enough to allow water vapor (sweat) to escape. This keeps rain and spray out, while your body heat and moisture are wicking away. You will ride dry and comfortable, even in prolonged or heavy rain.
In short: regular waterproof motorcycle clothing keeps out short(er) rainshowers, while Gore-Tex effectively protects against prolonged rain and at the same time provides breathable comfort.
