Multi-season adventuring, stay dry when it’s wet thanks to the inclusion of 2L GORE-TEX waterproofing. It not only makes the Neptune 3 GTX stronger in terms of keeping the water out, but more versatile over multiple seasons. Keeping you warm in the inclusion of a detachable thermal liner, which has the extra perk of a high collar for additional coverage and comfort in the cold. When the sun is out and ready to play, and you take the thermal liner out, you’re able to direct ample airflow to the body thanks to the patented VCS|Aquadefence system with the magnetic FidLock® fasteners. Open or close them even with gloves on.
Tailored to you While the Neptune 3 GTX jacket’s sole purpose in its existence is to keep riders dry and safe, that doesn’t mean Rev'it! couldn’t add some classy finishing touches to it. For example, the Hypalon design on front and back where the waistband adjustments are gives the Neptune 3 GTX an even a more upscale feel, and the heavy-duty hang strap around back gives it a nice pop of color against a neutral color palette.
As for its functional features, you’ll find two large waterproof flap pockets at the front, complete with magnetic closure, to access your small belongings that you carry on you. Around back is also a slit pocket. And a zippered card holder pocket on the left sleeve takes away the need to reach into your bag or backpack to pull out your form of payment.
On the safety front The Neptune 3 GTX jacket comes with a AA safety rating, along with included SEEFLEX elbow and shoulder protection. It also comes with prepared pockets for both Rev'it! back protector insert or the divided chest protectors. And no matter where you find the armor, you’ll also find it surrounded by a soft spacer mesh fabric that creates less friction when moving around, which in turn, makes it more comfortable to wear.

Underneath this garment you can wear the REV'IT! Avertum Tech-Air Airbag, provided you choose this garment one size larger than your regular clothing size. If you want to wear a garment marked ‘Suitable for Avertum Tech-Air Airbag System - one size up’, you need to make sure that the garment has enough room for an inflated airbag. Hence, the recommendations below for optimum fit:
Note: Keep in mind that the garment is bought in the right size so that the shoulder and elbow protectors fit properly and provide maximum protection in an accident. To give room for an inflated airbag, remove any loose layers (thermal lining, waterproof lining) that might impede airbag inflation in an accident. Remove (if present) the loose back protector in your clothing; the airbag comes standard with a back protector. Set all adjustment options at the torso (adjustment straps, adjustment straps) to the widest position.
