The Revit Haste H2O motorcycle jacket has a vintage vibe with a modern twist. They achieved this by incorporating loud and bold patches and colors against a color-blocked canvas. The retro-inspired bolts of lightning with blasts of bright hues can’t be missed on the inside liner. But on the front chest and the large back panel, race-inspired laminated prints including RV95 - the year of REV’IT!’s birth, 1995 -, and Revit Shield logo, make it immediately recognizable as something that sets it apart from the rest of the collection. You’ll also notice the text, “Ready and willing to ignite,” because that’s what we are and that’s what this jacket does.
Convenience features Because the Haste has the “H2O” designation, that means they’ve included a shield against the rain. By incorporating the hydratex|Mesh G-liner construction, you can ride in the rain without a second thought. You can even ride when it’s chillier out thanks to the inclusion of the detachable thermal liner. Conveniently take it out when temperatures warm up. Furthermore, they've included a detachable snap-button hood, so if you prefer to ride without it, that’s entirely up to you.

Motorcycle gear comes in various levels of waterproofness, which is important for comfort and safety during wet rides. Most waterproof jackets, pants, gloves, and footwear have a membrane that prevents water from penetrating the outer layer. These products keep you dry, but there's a limit to how much they can penetrate. A waterproof membrane doesn't mean 100% waterproof. With prolonged exposure to rain or under high pressure, the outer layer can still let moisture through. This means you could get wet after longer rides in heavy rain, especially in areas where the fabric moves intensively or where seams are less well-protected.
Looking for 100% waterproof? Then choose a product with a Gore-Tex membrane. Gore-Tex is a specially designed membrane that is both waterproof and breathable. The membrane contains microscopic pores that are too small for water droplets to penetrate, but large enough to allow water vapor (sweat) to escape. This keeps rain and spray out, while your body heat and moisture are wicking away. You will ride dry and comfortable, even in prolonged or heavy rain.
In short: regular waterproof motorcycle clothing keeps out short(er) rainshowers, while Gore-Tex effectively protects against prolonged rain and at the same time provides breathable comfort.
