Once the belt tension has been released the pack can be easily be moved around to gain access to items, without the need to take off and on each time.

How waterproof is this bag?

Waterproof construction
Bags labeled as waterproof are generally made from materials that don't allow water to pass through, such as heavily coated textiles or tarpaulin-like fabrics. Waterproof inner compartment
