The HJC RPHA 40 Solid is a modern open-face motorcycle helmet that blends freedom and riding comfort with refined technical design. Built around HJC’s 2nd Generation Premium Integrated Matrix (PIM) shell, it uses a prepreg structure reinforced with epoxy resin and a special fibre layer, materials also found in aviation and racing. This advanced construction offers enhanced impact protection and consistent stability, while keeping weight impressively low.
Its futuristic unibody design delivers a sleek, seamless silhouette and has been wind tunnel tested for optimal aerodynamics and reduced drag at higher speeds. The HJ-46 clear visor provides 99% UV protection and features an innovative visor attachment system, a slim metallic insert that fits smoothly into the shell for a clean look and secure fit.
Inside, the RPHA 40 impresses with its luxurious quilted interior finished in a soft, leather-like material. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, and the 3D-contoured cheek pads can be interchanged between sizes for a customised fit. For convenience, the helmet is equipped with a new micro-ratchet buckle that’s quick, safe, and easy to operate.
