Germas Everrest 3in1 tour motorcycle jacket is made of sturdy and hard-wearing GERMADURA® 600D material with a fixed mesh lining. Equipped with a removable waterproof* TEXLAND membrane and removable thermal lining. Combined with the ventilation zippers on the chest and back, you can adjust the jacket to the current weather conditions.
The GMS Everest comes standard with CE approved protectors on the shoulders and elbows. If required, you can extend the protection with an optional back protector insert. The added reflection details provide enhanced visibility at night and in bad weather conditions.
Several pockets on the outer jacket, lining and thermal jacket offer storage options for all your small and essential items. For a proper fit, you can adjust the jacket at the waist, on the arms (arm width) and cuffs. The connection zip allows you to zip the jacket to your matching motorcycle trousers.

Motorcycle gear comes in various levels of waterproofness, which is important for comfort and safety during wet rides. Most waterproof jackets, pants, gloves, and footwear have a membrane that prevents water from penetrating the outer layer. These products keep you dry, but there's a limit to how much they can penetrate. A waterproof membrane doesn't mean 100% waterproof. With prolonged exposure to rain or under high pressure, the outer layer can still let moisture through. This means you could get wet after longer rides in heavy rain, especially in areas where the fabric moves intensively or where seams are less well-protected.
Looking for 100% waterproof? Then choose a product with a Gore-Tex membrane. Gore-Tex is a specially designed membrane that is both waterproof and breathable. The membrane contains microscopic pores that are too small for water droplets to penetrate, but large enough to allow water vapor (sweat) to escape. This keeps rain and spray out, while your body heat and moisture are wicking away. You will ride dry and comfortable, even in prolonged or heavy rain.
In short: regular waterproof motorcycle clothing keeps out short(er) rainshowers, while Gore-Tex effectively protects against prolonged rain and at the same time provides breathable comfort.
