The Dainese Super Expedition Gore-Tex is a premium adventure touring motorcycle jacket that combines laminated GTX waterproofing, extensive ventilation and high-level protection for year-round touring. Whether you're covering long distances on the road or venturing onto gravel tracks, its modular construction adapts easily to changing weather conditions.
The laminated Gore-Tex ePE membrane keeps rain on the outside while preventing the outer fabric from becoming saturated, allowing the jacket to dry quickly after wet rides. When temperatures rise, simply open the large ventilation panels on the chest, sleeves and back to maintain a comfortable airflow.
Protection is equally impressive. Certified to EN 17092 Class AA, the jacket comes equipped with Level 2 composite protectors at the shoulders and elbows. Dedicated pockets allow you to add optional chest and back protectors, while compatibility with the Dainese Smart Air airbag system lets you upgrade your safety even further (sold separately).
To keep you comfortable throughout the day, the fit can be adjusted at the waist, arms, cuffs and collar. An internal stretch gusset improves freedom of movement, while the jacket-to-trousers connection zip helps reduce draughts and keeps everything securely in place. Practical storage is provided by multiple front pockets, a waterproof inner pocket, a rear cargo pocket and a wrist pocket, while reflective details improve visibility in low-light conditions.

GORE-TEX (GTX) is a high-performance membrane used in motorcycle clothing to protect you from rain and wind while still allowing your body to breathe. The main function of GTX is to block external water and cold air without trapping heat and sweat inside your clothing. This balance between weather protection and breathability is what makes GORE-TEX one of the most trusted materials in premium motorcycle gear.
Depending on how the garment is constructed, the GTX membrane can be integrated in different ways, influencing comfort, drying speed, durability, and weight. In every case, the goal is the same: reliable waterproofing, effective wind protection, and consistent comfort while you ride.
Choose a Level 1 or Level 2 back protector. Level 2 offers a higher level of impact protection than Level 1.
