The Richa Softshell Mesh WP Lady Motorcycle Trousers combine the comfort of stretch softshell with ventilation and weather protection. Thanks to the flexible outer construction and slim fit, the trousers fit closely while allowing plenty of freedom of movement.
Mesh panels provide airflow during warmer rides. For changing weather conditions, the trousers come with a removable Aqua Shell waterproof membrane* with a 10,000 mm water column. Remove the membrane when temperatures rise to make full use of the ventilating mesh construction.
For impact protection, the knees feature D3O protectors. The trousers are additionally reinforced around the knees, hips and rear. Reflective 3M details improve visibility in darker conditions.
The waist and ankles can be adjusted for a comfortable fit and a neat connection with your motorcycle jacket and footwear. Four external pockets provide practical storage for your essentials.

Motorcycle gear comes in various levels of waterproofness, which is important for comfort and safety during wet rides. Most waterproof jackets, pants, gloves, and footwear have a membrane that prevents water from penetrating the outer layer. These products keep you dry, but there's a limit to how much they can penetrate. A waterproof membrane doesn't mean 100% waterproof. With prolonged exposure to rain or under high pressure, the outer layer can still let moisture through. This means you could get wet after longer rides in heavy rain, especially in areas where the fabric moves intensively or where seams are less well-protected.
Looking for 100% waterproof? Then choose a product with a Gore-Tex membrane. Gore-Tex is a specially designed membrane that is both waterproof and breathable. The membrane contains microscopic pores that are too small for water droplets to penetrate, but large enough to allow water vapor (sweat) to escape. This keeps rain and spray out, while your body heat and moisture are wicking away. You will ride dry and comfortable, even in prolonged or heavy rain.
In short: regular waterproof motorcycle clothing keeps out short(er) rainshowers, while Gore-Tex effectively protects against prolonged rain and at the same time provides breathable comfort.
