The Alpinestars AST V3 Air motorcycle jacket is engineered for the modern street-sports rider who demands serious airflow without compromising protection. Designed for warm-weather commuting and fast road riding, this jacket combines technical construction with a sharp sport fit.
Its multi-panel 450D polyfabric outermaterial delivers high abrasion resistance while remaining lightweight and flexible. Extensive laser perforations across the chest, back and sleeves, combined with 2D mesh panels, create constant airflow through the jacket. Even in heavy traffic or on spirited rides, heat build-up is efficiently reduced, keeping you cool and focused.
Protection is equally advanced. Low-profile Nucleon Flex Plus CE Level 1 shoulder and elbow protectors provide effective impact absorption without adding bulk. On top of that, integrated DFS GP Lite Evo dual-density shoulder sliders improve friction control during a slide. The jacket is prepared for an optional back protector and is Tech-Air airbag prepared, thanks to strategically placed stretch panels that allow controlled expansion when an airbag system deploys.
Comfort and ergonomics are clearly sport-focused. The pre-curved sleeve construction reduces fatigue, while the elongated rear section improves coverage in the riding position. An aerodynamically shaped cuff reduces drag and pressure at speed and integrates smoothly with your gloves.
