Description

The Alpinestars Aeroshell Airflow motorcycle jacket is engineered for warm-weather performance without compromising protection. Built around an ultra-lightweight stretch softshell chassis, it delivers exceptional flexibility, direct riding comfort and a precise sport fit.

Ventilation is where this jacket stands out. Extensive laser perforations across the chest, back and sleeves actively channel airflow, while integrated 2D mesh panels enhance breathability in high-temperature conditions. As a result, you stay cool and focused, even during slow urban traffic or summer touring rides.

The ergonomic construction supports long hours in the saddle. Pre-curved elbows reduce strain and fatigue, while the elongated rear improves coverage and wind protection in the riding position. Adjustable cuffs allow you to fine-tune the fit for a secure, tailored feel at speed.

Protection is handled by low-profile Nucleon Flex Plus CE Level 1 shoulder and elbow protectors, offering effective impact absorption without bulk. The jacket is prepared for an optional back protector insert. In addition, it is Tech-Air® ready, compatible with Tech-Air® 7x, Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA and Tech-Air® 3 airbag systems. The stretch chassis is designed to expand if the airbag deploys, while maintaining an anatomical performance fit when worn without it.
