This Icon motorcycle helmet is made of a composite of fibres, and with a Hydradry padded interior for a refined fit, improved function, and lighter weight. The wind tunnel refined shell is designed to reduce drag and buffeting, couple that with a dual-density EPS core which provides maximum impact absorption and force dissipation.
The Variant Pro Totem's signature visor system not only looks aggressive, but it also contributes to improved vision by helping block out bright sunlight while producing minimal lift characteristics. The fog-free Variant Pro™ shield, coupled with a reshaped eyeport, increases peripheral vision and provides an unmatched distortion-free line of sight so you can keep your eyes on the prize. The tool-less shield change system is as effortless as it is intuitive. The two-stage process allows you to swap shields in a matter of seconds.
Ventilation is a premier aspect of the Variant Pro Totem. The extensive venting system works at all speeds, providing necessary airflow to the helmet interior, with a total of eight intake vents and two exhaust vents. The forehead vents are angled to provide linear venting at speed. Large, glove-friendly switches let you fine-tune the cooling level on-the-fly while two large dorsal exhaust ports release hot air rearward. A deep-channel EPS liner enhances this feature by routing air more effectively. The chin vent is designed for an aggressive riding position, providing intake at the attack angle. The low-pressure exhaust vents round out the venting package.
